Terms and conditions of use

If there is problem in your order,you can return your orders within a 7 days from invoice. All returned items must be in ORIGINAL, UNWORN, UNWASHED,UNALTERED and SMOKE FREE condition with the tags attached if available.  Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied.

ALL RETURNING OR EXCHANGED MERCHANDISE CAN NOT BE REFUND/EXCHANGED WITH MONEY 

By placing an order at The Lurve Fashion you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Padieka.com.  This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

Please consider purchasing online tracking / delivery confirmation and/ or shipping insurance for your return package, we are not responsible for lost return packages without tracking info

 NON RETURNABLE ITEM

The following items are non-returnable.  Credit will not be issued for the following:

  • All items purchased on sale.
  • Item that you think not nice when you wear 
  • Item were not that you expected.

 

We only received that

  • item void (torn)
  • faulty item


HOW TO RETURN?

  1. Please email us first to inform any voided item at yann@thelurvefashion.com or call our customer service 017.294 6862 (working hours/days only)
  2. We will check the stock and the availability of item(s) either available to exchange or not. If still in stock,we shall received your return. If not, you will choose other item(s) worth same with older item(s) with 10% less. NO CASH MONEY RETURNED
  3. Ship the parcel to us with Poslaju Courier with your own cost, then we will ship to you back with FREE SHIPPING. 
 
 

RETURN PROCESS

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
